Today I revisited Car Planet to purchase my second car. My first experience was so seamless I knew when I was getting another vehicle they would be my first choice. Chris the Finance Manager is absolutely amazing. He’s very straightforward and does not make you feel pressured. He had my approval, and final paperwork ready upon arrival. No wait, no hassle. I came here looking for a bigger vehicle. wanted to trade in my 18 Nissan Rogue sport. KC took great care of my trade in and put me in a truck that I never thought I’d be able to affor. he worked hard for me and with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I am over a month of having my Audi Q7 and I wouldn’t change it for the world. Very huge shout out to Raquel, Chris and KC for their professionalism and flexibility.
